At Relativity Capital, we believe in a purpose driven life!  So, even though a large portion of our time goes to serving our clients in the best manner possible, the purpose behind that is so that we have the ability to help in or around our community where we can.  Click on the headers to go to the entity’s website or on the pictures to share some of the wonderful times we have had.

“Remember this. Hold on to this. This is the only perfection there is, the perfection of helping others.  This is the only thing we can do that has any lasting meaning. This is why we are here.” – Andre Agassi

Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation  For over two decades, Tommy has made it a family tradition to work as a Volunteer at the Annual Family Christmas Party delivering holiday cheer to those children and the families who struggle so much during the year.  Jennifer quickly adopted the event herself when she started working with Tommy in 2001.  Serving the families of five surrounding states, the party provides, rides, games, crafts local celebrities, food and some singing to the entire family for an afternoon of fun.  This event took on even more meaning in 2002 when Tommy lost his father to an aggressive brain tumor.

Pete Nance Boys & Girls Club When we moved out of Atlanta to a much smaller community in Greensboro, Georgia, Jennifer wanted to find a good place to get involved with the children here.  In December 2011, through some connections at church, she joined the Advisory Board for the Pete Nance Boys & Girls Club and shortly thereafter became the Secretary where she served for over 3 years before moving on to the Events committee.  PNC serves over 390 students in the Greensboro area and is helping to brighten the futures of those children each day.

Relay For Life of Greene County  In 2011, Jennifer took up the fight to help cure cancer by joining the First United Methodist Church Relay for Life team.  She was a top individual fundraiser for the team.  In 2016, she joined the Leadership Team for our local Relay event and helped to create a new team for Lake Oconee Academy Parent Association where she serves as Team Captain.  Tommy also joined the fight and joined the LOA PA team for Relay in 2016.

Lake Oconee Academy  A Charter School in the Lake Oconee area where Tommy and Jennifer’s boys attend.  LOA is a past National Blue Ribbon award winning school among many other awards and is doing phenomenal things for education in Greene County.  Jennifer volunteers her time helping in various roles from Class Representative to field trip chaperone to almost anything else she can find that she can help with.

Lake Oconee Church  In early 2016, Tommy and Jennifer decided to try something new and began attending Lake Oconee Church, a satellite of North Point Community Church.  Shortly after, Tommy joined the production team working with lights and is currently serving as the service producer every other Sunday.
